POS SM, Conducting 2023 Communication Workshop for All Employees

On June 23rd, we held the 'POS SM Communication Workshop for All Employees' at the Asti Hotel (Busan). As it was the first face-to-face workshop gathered all members in one place in about five years since June 2018, all participants took part in with excitement.

Starting with the CEO's opening address, they exchanged greetings and broke the ice in each group. Afterwards, they spent time getting to know each other although having worked together for a long time, and each other between existing and new employees which has increased significantly since COVID-19, through games such as 20 Questions and Bingo.

Participants appeased their hunger with packed lunches, and in the afternoon, a number of groups were combined to carry out the joint missions. The joint missions consisted of teamwork juggling, passing group hula hoop, moving space, and splashing cooperative balls, and all groups were able to pass the entire missions through constant communication and cooperation in each other.

After all the games were over, they had time to communicate with the management, and received various opinions from employees will be actively reflected in the company's operation. Since then, dinner was served as catering, all participants talked together, and the long-awaited workshop excellence group and MVPs award were given.

This event was a meaningful time for all members from various departments, positions, and ages to participate in various programs together to overcome the limitations of untact communication and understand each other. In the future, POS SM will continue to carry out various activities to break down communication barriers in departments, employees, and generations and establish a sustainable organizational culture.
