On December 16, POS SM conducted the ‘Leaders' Workshop’ for team leaders and above which included a factory tour of Harim Co.,Ltd. and Harim Industry Co.,Ltd. located in Iksan, Jeollabuk-do.
Through this factory tour, POS SM from Harim Group was able to have a meaningful time to build cooperative relationships between group companies and become a cornerstone of exchange.
In particular, participants were able to know the whole operation of Harim, a leader in Korean industry, conducting fair animal welfare system which features clean and hygienic smart factory. Also, Harim Group's food philosophy and Vision Management System were melt into the overall production process and executives and employees in charge of each process, so they could feel the importance of clear vision and management philosophy again.
After the tour of about three hours, the leaders' workshop in the second half of the year was wrapped up with the word of the CEO which reflected back on 2022 and preparation for the upcoming 2023.
