On June 10, POS SM conducted training and hiking for team leaders and above for 'leader's day'. The theme of training and hiking was ‘Sugichiin’, which means that the leader wants to actively cultivate their body and mind amidst rapidly changing environment to lead employees of POS SM in the right direction.
In the morning, leader's communication training consisting of two sessions(leader's expression and leader's speech) was conducted. It was a time when everyone’s attention was focused as the leader's communication method greatly influence their team members' work performance.
In the afternoon, there was hiking which had been anticipated. After gathering at Children's Grand Park and conducting a warm-up exercise, participants hiked the 7-1 Galmaetgil course(Children's Grand Park-Mountain Observatory-South Gate of Geumjeongsanseong Fortress-Geumjeongsanseong Village). The hiking took about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and they enjoyed the late spring atmosphere and phytoncide.
Then, there was time to have a long-awaited meal that would satisfy everyone's hunger. From the entrance of Geumjeongsanseong Village, the delicious smell stimulated the tip of the nose and the appetite. They had a hearty meal, including charcoal-grilled pork, charcoal-grilled duck, oriental chicken soup and acorn jelly, along with open-minded conversation continued. It was a meaningful time to comfort the mind and body tired from the prolonged COVID-19.
